We are seeking compassionate and mature individuals to work with at-risk teenage juveniles in a shelter home.CGC program provides temporary care for youth who are detained for a short period of time before returning back into the community. Requirements: at least 21; high school diploma; Child Protective clearance, Background check, CPR/First Aid; Food handler training, Drug Test; good communication skills. A passion for helping children to succeed. Adhere to the program policy and procedures. Responsibilities: Monitor and oversee the day to day movement of all youth; document and observe all behavior; conduct security and maintenance checks; ensure that all youth adhere to the rules and regulation of the program; assist with transportation to school and activities; be professional, supportive and a team player to others
