The Simple Fare is looking for a passionate barista to join our small, friendly team at the end of October. If you love coffee, tea, and interacting with people, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare coffee, espresso, and tea drinks.
Warm up baked goods and help with light food prep.
Engage with and understand customers, discovering and responding to their needs with clear, pleasant communication.
Provide exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment.
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Previous barista experience.
Full-time availability with a 7 AM start.
Fluent in English and love interacting with people.
