Job DescriptionJoin Our Growing Team! We are currently seeking a full-charge bookkeeper! Key Responsibilities: · Record day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts. · Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections. · Onboard and input new clients into accounting and management systems. · Maintain current bank balances and manage cash flow for bill payments.· Account reconciliations to assert the accuracy of transactions. · Prepare basic financial statements and reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. · Assist with payroll processing and the preparation and filing of tax returns.· Ad hoc accounting and/or bookkeeping tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting., • Knowledge of GAAP principles, • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, preferred., • Extensive experience with QuickBooks Pro (desktop version)Key Competencies:, • Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Excel (including formulas), • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail., • Excellent time management and organizational skills., • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal., • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills., • High degree of integrity and trustworthiness., • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Teams, Office, Outlook, Word), • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a teamInterested in joining us?
