A well known financial institution in the area is seeking a Full-Time Teller to provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming clients, assisting with transactions, resolving service issues, and connecting clients to financial wellness conversations. This role offers a base hourly rate of $18.00-$22.60 depending on experience and location, plus short-term incentive compensation. Primary Responsibilities • Perform efficient, accurate teller functions in a branch setting, including cash handling and account transactions., • Proactively identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed., • Listen for financial needs during client conversations and transition clients to Bankers for deeper discussions., • Educate and assist clients with financial wellness tools and digital banking options., • Attend daily team huddles, follow compliance and security procedures, and maintain knowledge of products, fees, and policies., • Work Saturdays as scheduled and perform other duties as assigned. Required Experience • Experience in a client service role (required)., • Experience in cash handling (required)., • General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator (required)., • Notary License (preferred). Required Education • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required). Work Environment / Working Conditions • Prolonged standing (5-8 hours/day), frequent use of hands, and ability to communicate in-person and by phone., • Occasional bending, lifting (up to 30 lbs.), and forward reach., • Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
