Job Description CAT Scan Technologist, $30,000 SOB Evenings- 3-11p; 2:30-10:30p; 4p-12a; alternating weekends/holidays Position Summary: Performs routine and some special procedure imaging. Prepares patients for procedures. Assists radiologists. Prepares, operates, and cares for the equipment being used. Processes images /CDs when needed. Adheres to established radiology standards of care. Applies principles of radiation protection, when appropriate to minimize exposure to patient, self and others. GENERAL SUMMARY: The Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing and serving therapeutic diet trays to health center residents in accordance with posted therapeutic diet menus. PRINCIPLE DUTIES: Essential Job Duties: • Prepares therapeutic desserts and salads as required., • Serves meals in the health center., • Sets up tables in the health center dining room and breaks down same after meal., • Transports hot and cold foods to and from the health center., • Transports all required non food items to and from the health center. Other Duties: • Maintains station equipment and work area in safe and sanitary condition., • Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code., • Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned., • Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
