What We Offer • Competitive Compensation – Base salary plus commission opportunities, • 100% 401K match up to 4%, • 3-tier medical insurance, • 2-tier dental insurance, • Vision insurance, • Health Savings Account, • Flexible Spending Accounts, • Short Term and Long-Term Disability, • Employer-paid life insurance, • Voluntary Employee, Spouse and Child Life Insurance, • Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity and Accident Insurance, • $3,000 Tuition Reimbursement, • Introduce, demonstrate, promote and sell existing and new kitchens., • Help maintain, update and design showroom kitchen displays, exhibitors and merchandising programs., • Quote prices, prepare proposals and provide information regarding terms of sale and delivery, • Schedule and visit customers to support, close or service kitchen sales., • Gather data on product/service tastes and trends exhibited by kitchen buyers in the showroom as required., • Receive and process cash instruments in settlement of showroom sales., • Enter customers, sales orders and other information necessary to complete sales transactions., • Prepare expense reports as necessary., • Assist customers in determining product/service needs/applications and provide assistance in design and inquiries., • Conduct proactive customer service and follow up on orders., • Prepare designs, drawings and other deliverables for customers., • Recommends products and services to meet customer needs on kitchen sales., • Prepare detailed drawings for kitchen layout, using existing blueprints., • Complete on-site measurements to ensure accuracy., • Processes sales orders from beginning to end, making appropriate arrangements for delivery and installation., • Oversee all aspects of job from concept to installation., • Conducts cashier transactions as necessary., • Obtains and works on relevant databases, organizing and implementing mailing programs, for the support of the Kitchen sales area, • Other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Team • Kitchen design and sales experience preferred., • Experience in European Cabinetry Design required., • High end retail experience required., • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and versatility to operate different software packages., • Experience with any 3D software or AutoCAD software., • Ability to manage time and organize with attention to detail, • Excellent Communication skills., • Ability to effectively multitask and handle several projects at one time., • Ability to define problems and determine solutions., • Ability to interpret technical information in diagram form.
