Responsibilities: • Lead or contribute to architectural design for projects of varying scale and type, • Develop concepts, plans, elevations, and construction documents using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout all phases of design, • Ensure compliance with local codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability guidelines, • Attend site visits, client meetings, and design reviews, • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation Qualifications Requirements for Registered Architect Position: • Professional with a master’s degree in architecture from an accredited university, • State Licensed Architect or equivalent, • A minimum of 6-10 years in planning, programming, project management, and architectural design, • Experience with building codes and specifications, • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, • Proficient in Revit, • Experience in schematic through construction document phases, • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to speak in front of an audience, • Well organized, • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment About the Company Johnson, Laschober & Associates, P.C.
