Job Description We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our growing auto body shop team in a front-facing leadership role. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of automotive repair, collision processes, customer relations, and shop operations, with the ability to confidently communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, vendors, and technicians throughout the repair process. This position is ideal for candidates coming from dealership management, fleet operations, automotive sales leadership, collision center estimating, service advising, or other high-volume automotive environments. We are looking for someone who can help drive workflow, maintain strong customer relationships, and keep the repair process moving efficiently from intake to delivery. Our shop performs a wide range of services including collision repair, frame and structural work, dent and scratch removal, paint matching and refinishing, and general automotive repair. What You’ll Do • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, • Conduct customer walkarounds and document vehicle damage and concerns, • Prepare and review repair estimates, supplements, and repair timelines, • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding approvals, supplements, and repair updates, • Coordinate repair scheduling, workflow, parts ordering, and vehicle delivery, • Work closely with technicians and management to ensure repairs stay on track, • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and insurance partners, • Help maximize shop efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability, • Maintain organized documentation, files, and communication records, • Experience in automotive dealerships, collision centers, fleet operations, service advising, or automotive sales/management strongly preferred, • Strong communication and customer service skills, • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment, • Experience with CCC ONE, estimating software, CRM systems, or dealership software is a plus, • Strong understanding of automotive repair and collision processes preferred, • Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving and leadership skills Candidates with experience in the following environments would excel in this role: • Automotive sales management, • Fleet management, • Collision center estimating, • Service advising, • Dealer operations, • Lease or broker account management, • Competitive compensation based on experience, • Bonus opportunities available, • Paid holidays, sick time, and vacation after probationary period, • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PMCompany DescriptionIn business for over 30 years with a reputation for quality work and excellent customer service.
