Job Description Bartender Job Description Location: Patsy’s Pizzeria – Nanuet Reports To: General Manager Executive Summary The Bartender is responsible for delivering high-quality beverage service, maintaining bar operations, and supporting overall guest experience. This role requires speed, accuracy, and strong customer engagement while ensuring compliance with all safety and service standards. Key Responsibilities Guest Service • Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, friendly service, • Take drink and bar food orders accurately, • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes, • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, • Restock liquor, beer, wine, and supplies as needed, • Support servers with drink orders during peak hours, • Communicate effectively with kitchen and floor staff, • Prior bartending experience preferred, • Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Strong communication and customer service skills, • Fast, accurate drink preparation, • High-quality guest interactions, • Clean and organized bar at all times, • Bartender is responsible for accuracy of all orders prepared, • Cash handling must follow restaurant procedures, • Must adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations, • Fast-paced, team-oriented environment, • Opportunity to grow within the restaurant, • Competitive pay + tips, • Supportive management and clear expectationsCompany DescriptionPatsy’s Pizzeria in Nanuet is a neighborhood Italian restaurant known for serving classic New York–style pizza and traditional Italian dishes in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.
