Responsibilities • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils., • Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences., • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system., • Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations., • Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times., • Assist in setting up for events or banquets as needed, ensuring all requirements are met for successful service., • Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing., • Proven customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests., • Experience in bartending or brewing is preferred, with knowledge of various drink recipes., • Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure compliance in all beverage preparation areas., • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours., • Sales skills to promote menu items effectively and enhance customer satisfaction., • Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
