What You’ll Do As a Bartender/Server, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and serving guests with a friendly, professional demeanor. - Preparing and serving beverages, including alcoholic drinks, with precision and care. - Taking orders, delivering food and drinks promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas. - Assisting with hookah preparation and service as needed. - Handling cash and card transactions accurately. - Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience as a bartender, server, or in a similar role. - Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. - The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. - A professional and friendly attitude with excellent communication skills. - Knowledge of drink preparation and service standards (mixology skills are a plus!). - Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
