Job Description AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Bartender. Duties & Responsibilities: • Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests following standard recipes, • Pour wine, liquor and beer, • Monitor costs through accurate pours, • Check identification and serve drinks responsibly, • Anticipate your guest's needs and be alert of guest signals (raising a hand, making eye contact, etc.), • Acknowledge guests to let them know you will be right with them, • Efficiently and accurately operate a cash register, • Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu along with ingredients of dishes, • Meet or exceed client service time standards and expectations, • One or more years of restaurant serving/bartending experience preferred, • Ability to read, write and perform basic math, • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, • Customer-oriented, organized, and detail oriented, • Ability to work a flexible schedule, • A family culture and atmosphere, • Competitive compensation, • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members, • 401(k) with generous company match, • Paid vacations and holidays
