Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to join our team as an Operations & Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will be essential to the efficiency of our day-to-day operations—providing support to our Training Director, Managing Directors, and in-house specialists. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, organizing data, and assisting with design, compliance, and focused initiatives to help ensure our team’s continued success. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Manage scheduling and calendars, including client appointments and internal meetings, • Accurately handle data entry, recordkeeping, and administrative documentation, • Assist with office operations such as file organization and training tracking, • Support daily workflows using CRM systems, advanced planning tools, new business management platforms, and other internal systems, • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and digital communications Technical Skills • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., automation, analytics tools, CRM platforms), • Computer literacy (data entry, digital documentation), • Basic understanding of scheduling and calendar tools, • Comfortable learning new software quickly Soft Skills & Attributes • Strong organization and multitasking skills, • Excellent time management and prioritization, • Clear written and verbal communication, • Adaptable and detail-oriented mindset, • Collaborative, proactive, and client-focusedAbout Company Our mission is clear: To Do Good in our communities and for the families we serve.
