Job DescriptionSous Chef Location: Bridgewater, NJ Position Overview: The Sous Chef plays a key leadership role in kitchen operations, ensuring consistent culinary execution, food quality, and team development. This position supports the Chef in day-to-day management, culinary standards, and coordination of back-of-house operations while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
