Required Qualifications • Experience working directly with customers in a service or repair environment., • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills., • Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment., • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices; OSHA 10 certification preferred., • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces as needed., • Basic computer skills, including email, internet usage, and electronic reporting systems., • High School Diploma or equivalent., • Technical or trade school training in a mechanical field preferred., • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record., • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based environment. Preferred Qualifications • 5+ years of commercial or municipal centrifugal pump repair experience., • 5+ years of experience servicing positive displacement pumps, including rotary lobe, progressive cavity, diaphragm, and metering pumps., • Experience with Goulds, Xylem, Gorman-Rupp, Fairbanks Morse, Grundfos, Viking, Aurora, or similar pump manufacturers., • Knowledge of electrical controls and wiring., • Previous field service experience working at customer locations., • Strong customer service and communication skills., • Ability to travel overnight on occasion as required., • Willingness to participate in ongoing factory and manufacturer training programs.
