Work closely with Senior project manager to assist in overseeing various phases of the project, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Primary Responsibilities: • Assist in maintaining communication with clients to support the Senior Project Manager in client relations., • Coordinate with the project team to meet expectations and deliver results, • Support the creation and management of project schedules to align with overall timelines, • Track and monitor the project’s budget, ensuring expenses are kept within limits, • Assist in reviewing contract agreements between the client, general contractor, and subcontractors, • Help with the coordination of vendors, assign tasks, and tracking their progress throughout the project., • Monitor project activities, deadlines, and deliverables, identifying and addressing issues as they arise, • Ensure that worksite safety standards are followed., • Support project communication with all stakeholders to maintain quality and compliance, • Assist in the closeout phase of the project, including inspections and documentation., • Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices., • Ability to understand and interpret design documents, plans, and contracts., • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills., • Familiarity with construction management and scheduling software, as well as the MS Office Suite, • Ability to collaborate with others and resolve conflicts effectively., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Adaptability and ability to learn quickly., • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, • Well-organized and efficient., • Self-motivated with a strong sense of time management., • Good analytical skills, • Willingness to accept feedback and improve continuously., • Assertiveness in decision-making, • Bilingual (English & Spanish), • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in interior commercial or restaurant construction, • Minimum of 5 years of overall construction work experience, preferably in interior commercial or restaurant construction.
