Service Technician Job Description -Service technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing all types of pressure washing systems. Systems range from cold water portable small gas engine systems all the way to stationary natural gas systems with pipelines and multiple drops for spraying locations. Service Technician Duties and Responsibilities • Be comfortable with face-to-face conversations with the customer and explain repair services., • Diagnose and repair hydraulic/fluid systems, • Diagnose and repair electrical systems and components. (AC and DC), • Diagnose and repair fuel oil burner systems., • Diagnose and repair natural gas and propane burner systems., • Perform PM services on units., • Diagnose and repair small engines, • Document and record repair process using a work order system., • Maintain a clean and organized workstation., • Be able to react to high priority repairs and schedule changes., • Be able to work full time on a set schedule., • Operate a forklift when required., • Provide their own basic tools.
