Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our factory floor team. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, a basic understanding of CNC operations, and proficiency in using power tools and measuring equipment. As an integral part of our production process, the Assembler will be responsible for assembling equipment with precision and contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: * Assemble metal and mechanical components according to diagrams and work instructions. * Use power tools, hand tools, and measuring devices (such as measuring tape, calipers, etc.) to complete assembly tasks. * Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety protocols. * Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and targets. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Assist with basic CNC machine tasks as needed (training can be provided). * Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors promptly. * Participate in documenting and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support process consistency and efficiency. Qualifications: * Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred. * Basic knowledge of CNC machinery is a plus but not required. * Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools. * Ability to accurately read and use a measuring tape and other measurement tools. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Punctual, reliable, and a team player. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs].
