The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be physically able to lift heavy items while ensuring safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Load and unload furniture and other items onto and from moving trucks., • Pack items securely to prevent damage during transport., • Assist customers with relocating items into their new space., • Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members., • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment., • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of equipment and vehicles., • Report any issues or damages to the supervisor/dispatcher. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred., • Previous experience in moving or warehousing is a plus., • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more)., • Valid drivers license is preferred (may require a commercial drivers license)., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays., • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
