This role offers a competitive base salary of $80,000, with the potential for an end-of-year bonus and commissions on top of the base pay. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct life insurance sales conversations to meet required sales goals., • Proactively generate new leads and increase life insurance sales within the agency., • Assist customers with life insurance applications and claims., • Provide customers with information on life insurance plans and options., • Maintain compliance with life insurance regulations.QUALIFICATIONS:, • Must currently hold an active Life/Health insurance license, Property/Casualty license a plus., • Knowledge of life insurance products and services., • Strong sales and customer service skills., • Previous experience in life insurance sales preferred.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:, • Base Salary of $80,000 per year (expected earnings with commission up to $120,000), • Potential end-of-year bonus based on performance, • Commissions available on top of base salary, • Health insurance available after 3 months of employment, • 401(k) plan eligibility after one year of employment
