Job DescriptionJob Title: Precision Electro-Mechanical Assembler Job Description Join our team as a Precision Electro-Mechanical Assembler where you will be responsible for wiring, soldering surface mount components, and assembling precision electro-mechanical parts with accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities • Perform wiring and soldering of surface mount components., • Utilize standard manufacturing tools effectively., • Work under a microscope for precision tasks., • Assemble precision electro-mechanical components following detailed work instructions., • Maintain excellent manual dexterity for handling small components.Essential Skills, • Experience in soldering with proficiency in IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 standards., • 1-3 years of experience in production, preferably in PCB or electronics assembly., • Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings., • Good computer skills with the ability to follow drawings, schematics, and work instructions., • Ability to lift 30-40 lbs.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • High School diploma or equivalent., • Experience in a Hi-Rel or similar environment is preferred., • Experience working under a microscope and magnification with fine-pitch components., • Familiarity with ESD protection procedures., • Strong written skills are a plus.Why Work Here? Work Environment This position requires on-site work with a 9/80 shift schedule, running from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday, with every other Friday off. The work environment is detail-oriented, requiring precision and adherence to ESD protection procedures. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Uniondale, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $58000.00/yr. 9/80 work weeks.
