Job Description TECHNICIANS GET COMMISSION ON SALES MUST BE CAPABLE OF WORKING ON YOUR OWN We are busy with work throughout the entire year! Atlas Air Masters is a top tier HVAC company servicing Rockland and Bergen County for over 40 years. Our company was founded by two men who have spent countless years in the field themselves. Looking to further your field knowledge by passing along all of the knowledge they've acquired over many years of hard work. We at Atlas Air Masters are dedicated to providing a high-quality service to our customers. We are offering a competitive hourly wage between $30- $50 based on experience. We offer our technicians a commission on sales. • Diagnose and repair light commercial and residential HVAC systems, air conditioners, mini splits, furnaces, boilers, and other related accessories, • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment, • Repair wiring and electrical components, • Replace parts such as control boards, expansion valves, compressors, and coils, • Perform seasonal preventative maintenance, • On-call opportunities on a rotational period, • Respond to emergency service calls during on-call, • Record detailed records and complete required paperwork on a daily basis, • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site, • A commitment to safety is important, • Strong troubleshooting skills are a must, • Flexible schedule is a must- ability to work past 4 pm on weekdays and occasionally work on weekends, • Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment, • We have lots of opportunities to earn commission, • Minimum 3 years of HVAC technician experience is required, • A valid driver's license is required, • Paid holidays off, • Paid time off and vacations, • 401(k) with company matching, • Uniforms provided, • A work vehicle is provided, stocked with tools, and a gas card is provided, • Must be respectful of others as well as their personal property, • We have stable year-round work including 40+ hours and overtime, • We want you to succeed with us!, • Must work well in a team environment, • Salary can be discussed based on experience.
