Job DescriptionAssembler – Entry-Level Opportunity in Manufacturing If you're ready to start a hands-on career in manufacturing, this role is a strong first step. We’ll train you on industry-standard equipment, help you build valuable skills, and offer real opportunities to grow. Prior experience is helpful but not required—bring your motivation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. What You’ll Do • You’ll work as part of a production team to build high‑quality cable assemblies. Your responsibilities will include:, • Completing basic job paperwork and documentation, • Operating equipment such as lathes, welders, presses, grinders, cable cutters, swagers, and packaging tools, • Inspecting parts visually and by touch to ensure quality, • Recording materials used for each job, • Performing simple testing on assembled parts, • Packaging and labeling finished products, • Reporting any issues so they can be addressed quickly., • Experience with assembly or inspection (a plus, not required), • Comfort using hand tools, • Strong attention to detail, • Good problem‑solving skills, • Ability to follow instructions and document your work, • Interest in learning how to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, • Ability to read, write, and speak English., • Experience with GMP or medical device manufacturing is helpful but not required.Why You’ll Want to Work Here, • A true entry-level path into manufacturing, • On-the-job training with real equipment, • Exposure to GMP and medical device production, • Opportunities to grow your skills and advance within a fast‑growing team, • A stable, full‑time schedule. Optional Saturday overtime: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM, based on production needs Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
