Job Description Position Summary The Installation Technician is responsible for the on-site installation, configuration, and support of digital signage and IPTV systems for commercial and enterprise clients. This role involves working with audiovisual (AV) equipment, network infrastructure, and display technologies to ensure reliable and high-quality system performance. Reporting to the Manager of Field Services, you will test, troubleshoot and repair equipment and infrastructure at customer facilities. In this position, you will be expected to travel daily to different customer locations. Primary Responsibilities • Install and maintain equipment including but not limited to display devices (TV’s & Monitors), projectors, telecommunications systems, and media control systems, • Install IT and AV related infrastructure including but not limited to cabling, connectors, and rack assemblies, • Read and follow system drawings, specifications, and technical manuals, • Perform equipment storage and transportation activities in a safe and secure manner, • Perform equipment additions, removals, repairs, replacements and inspections, • Configure and test equipment to ensure they are in good and safe working condition, • Prioritize and complete work orders accurately and timely, • Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment, • Skilled with using hand tools, power tools, and digital meters, • Good written and verbal communication skills, • Flexible to work after hours; including evenings, weekends, holidays, and work overtime as required, • High school diploma or GED required; Technical degree or certification in a related field or equivalent experience, • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as project schedules require., • Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting, • Ability to use ladders and lifts, • Must have a valid driving license and a clean driving record, • Supportive leadership team that rewards initiative and success., • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plan options.*, • 401k Plan with Employer Match., • Paid Time Off Programs including vacation, sick leave, volunteer time off and parental leave., • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)., • Employee Referral Bonus Program., • Professional Development & Training Reimbursement Program., • Potential for advancement opportunities., • Performance bonuses., • Employee Recognition Rewards Program. *Benefits package will depend on your position, location and other eligibility requirements.
