You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility-related projects while contributing directly to the efficiency, reliability, and growth of our manufacturing operations. \n \n What You'll Do \n\n • Respond to equipment issues and support production by minimizing downtime.\n, • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and repairs to maximize equipment performance and reliability.\n, • Support facility improvement projects, including lighting, painting, floor repairs, equipment relocation, and other infrastructure upgrades.\n, • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.\n, • Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems.\n, • Dismantle equipment to diagnose problems and replace defective components.\n, • Test and verify equipment performance following repairs and maintenance activities.\n, • Install wiring, conduit, and electrical components for new and existing equipment.\n, • Diagnose and repair motors, relays, switches, transformers, sensors, and other electrical devices.\n, • Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders to fabricate or repair parts.\n, • Assist with equipment moves and other projects supporting future factory initiatives.\n, • Partner with production and maintenance team members to identify and implement improvements.\n, • Perform other duties as assigned.\n\n \n What Success Looks Like \n\n • Equipment downtime is minimized and production interruptions are addressed promptly.\n, • Preventative maintenance activities are completed safely and on schedule.\n, • Equipment and facility systems operate efficiently and reliably.\n, • Improvement projects are completed effectively and support future operational goals.\n, • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\n\n \n Required Qualifications \n\n • Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.\n, • Three to six years of industrial maintenance experience or related technical experience.\n, • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.\n, • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.\n, • Basic math skills and the ability to perform calculations related to measurements and maintenance activities.\n, • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.\n\n \n Preferred Qualifications \n\n • Experience in a manufacturing environment.\n, • Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems.\n, • Welding, fabrication, or machining experience.\n, • Experience supporting facility expansion or equipment relocation projects.\n, • Electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial setting.\n\n \n What We Offer \n\n • Competitive compensation\n, • Medical, dental, and vision benefits\n, • 401(k) with company match\n, • Tuition reimbursement\n, • Paid vacation, personal days, and company holidays\n, • Career growth and advancement opportunities\n, • Learning and development programs\n, • Opportunity to contribute to future factory improvement initiatives\n\n \n About Crane Pumps & Systems \n Crane Pumps & Systems designs and manufactures innovative pump solutions for the effective and efficient transportation of wastewater.
