This unique role combines hands-on AV equipment management with IT support for streaming, webinars, and telecommunications systems. What You'll Do • Hybrid AV/IT Systems: Install, configure, and maintain integrated audiovisual and IT systems including Crestron control systems, Biamp Tesira audio processing, and Epiphan streaming equipment, • VoIP Telecommunications: Administer and troubleshoot Mitel VoIP phone systems, manage extensions, and coordinate with telecom vendors, • Live Streaming & Webinars: Set up and manage live streaming for events, webinars, and virtual meetings using platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom, • Video Conferencing Support: Provide technical coverage for hybrid meetings, videoconferences, and virtual events ensuring seamless connectivity for remote participants, • Digital Media Production: Support video recording, editing workflows, and multimedia content creation using Adobe Premiere and streaming technologies, • Network Integration: Troubleshoot AV-over-IP systems, manage network connectivity for streaming equipment, and ensure optimal bandwidth utilization, • End-User Support: Train staff on video conferencing platforms, troubleshoot user technical issues, and provide excellent customer service, • Documentation & Maintenance: Create technical documentation, maintain equipment inventories, and develop preventive maintenance schedulesRequired QualificationsEducation & Certifications:, • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia Technology, or related technical field, • One of the following certifications required: AVIXA CTS, Crestron Certified Programmer (CCP), or BIAMP Tesira Certification, • Commitment to obtaining additional certifications within 6 monthsTechnical Experience:, • 2+ years hands-on experience with audiovisual installation, maintenance, AND digital media systems, • AV Equipment Expertise: Biamp, Shure, Crestron, Extron, Epiphan manufacturers, • IT/Streaming Skills: Video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom), live streaming technologies, Adobe editing software, • VoIP Experience: Mitel MiCollab preferred, other enterprise VoIP systems considered, • Network Knowledge: Basic understanding of IP networks, VLAN configuration, and AV-over-IP protocols, • Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, help desk ticketing systems, streaming platforms (YouTube/Vimeo)Core Competencies:, • Strong problem-solving abilities for both AV and IT challenges, • Excellent customer service and communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands, • Experience supporting executive-level meetings and high-profile events, • Flexible schedule availability for occasional evenings/weekends/special eventsWhat Our Client Offers, • Competitive Salary: $64,350 annually, • Outstanding benefits package and job security with established organization, • Professional development opportunities including certification support, • Standard business hours with excellent work-life balance, • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AV and streaming technology, • Collaborative environment supporting global humanitarian mission #zr
