Experience in supervising teams or coordinating maintenance tasks effectively. Ability to perform residential painting with attention to detail. Welding skills are a plus for performing necessary repairs on equipment. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and report issues clearly. Valid NYS Driver's License required, the job entitles drivers to be state to state.
