We are looking for extraordinary SERVERS that can give our diners a unique and memorable experience, to the highest of standards. If you are looking for a challenge and your next thrilling career move, then we want you! Qualifications: At least 2-3 years of restaurant experience. Food Service Background. Bi-lingual is a plus. Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications are also a plus. Technical skills required. Must be flexible and able to work different shifts, including nights and weekends. Characteristics and Skills to be Successful: Must be able to work well in a team environment. Must be able to multi-task. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have a great, positive energy, that can communicate effectively and clearly with guests and staff. Must be open to constructive criticism and learn from feedback. Must be flexible and able to work different shifts, including overnights and weekends. Communication. Time Management. Problem-Solving. Respect. Teamwork. Integrity. Work Ethic. Attention to Detail.
