Job DescriptionS&G Carpet and More is seeking a new Customer Service Manager for the Sacramento region! S&G Carpet is dedicated to providing the premiere customer service experience to its customers. And as a Customer Service Manager, you will help ensure that S&G continues to set that industry standard. As a Customer Service Manager, you will visit job site locations to help troubleshoot day-of-installation problems, work ensure a smooth installation experience for the customer, and diagnose/resolve any customer concerns that might arise through service tickets. This is a salaried (exempt) position based out of Rancho Cordova, but this role will service the greater Sacramento area. Flooring is a growing $15.5 billion per year industry with opportunity for career advancement.
