This role involves handling customer communications via phone, email, and chat, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat., • Provide accurate information about our funding products and services., • Assist clients in troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns., • Document customer interactions and update account information accurately., • Collaborate with sales, technical, and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction., • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our service., • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements. Qualifications: • Proven experience in customer support, client services, or a related role., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Strong problem-solving skills and patience., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Familiarity with financial services or funding solutions is a plus., • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
