Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Account Manager to join our team. This role primarily focuses on the HVAC sector and requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, service operations, and maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business, growing existing accounts, and demonstrating outstanding B2B and outside sales skills. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals in the HVAC sector., 2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty., 3. Identify potential leads and convert them into sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets., 4. Conduct regular prospecting and lead generation activities., 5. Provide technical advice to customers on HVAC systems, service operations, and maintenance programs, demonstrating a deep understanding of these areas., 6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery., 7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in the HVAC sector., 8. Handle customer complaints professionally, providing appropriate solutions to maintain the company's reputation., 9. Participate in sales meetings, industry events, and training sessions to enhance sales skills and technical knowledge. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of HVAC service sales or related commercial HVAC experience is required., 2. Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts., 3. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, service operations, and maintenance programs., 4. Excellent B2B and outside sales skills with a proven track record of successful lead generation., 5. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization., 6. Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a 'Hunter' mentality., 7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally., 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team., 9. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software., 10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
