    As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional service. You will be responsible for handling customer concerns, performing data entry tasks accurately, communicating effectively with customers and all tasks related to providing the best customer service. Fluency in English is required, while multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable. Pay starts at $20/hour with raises based on performance. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience - Conduct follow-up calls on customer inquiries or to provide updates - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience -Possibly helping with some upgrades to web descriptions on our site -Light data entry -Ability to learn a variety of software applications quickly -Must be available from 9am-5:30pm Mon-Fri; alternating Sat from 9am-1pm Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills - Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, is a plus - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Experience in data entry and computer systems -Writing skills
