Job Description Overview The company is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to handle phone and email inquiries, perform research, manage data entry, and support client reporting and invoicing. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
