Essential Functions: At KeHe we care about the safety and success of our drivers and provide you with the tools you need to get the job done in trucks that are on average only 2 years old. This union position provides paid Health insurance and a pension with the opportunity to work your way up in seniority over time to get dedicated routes/bids. • Operate Tractor-Trailer and/or straight truck in a safe and efficient manner., • Deliver merchandise to assigned customers., • Pick up back-hauls and return merchandise., • Complete all required paperwork and logs at the end of each trip., • Maintain contact with retailers and accounts receivable specialists., • Other duties and special projects as requested., • Must maintain good attendance., • Maintain safe work practices., • Maintain safeguards of confidential company information. Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:, • Prior delivery route experience is preferred, • Minimum 12 months of current, consecutive CDL Class A commercial vehicle driving experience, • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required, • Have the ability to communicate well with internal and external customers and management., • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
