Job Description Position summary: 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking experienced and recent graduate CDL‑A (Class A) drivers for regional dry van routes. This role offers predictable regional schedules, modern equipment, 100% no‑touch freight, and weekly home time for drivers operating the Northeast • Base pay: $0.80 per mile (80¢/mi), • Performance bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, • Accessorial pay:, • Multi-stop: $20 first stop / $35 second stop / $50 third and subsequent stops, • Long Island (borough): $65, • Detention: $12.50 per hour (after 2 hours), • Home time: Home weekly, • Regional routes in the Northeast, • Late‑model Freightliner tractors with automatic transmissions, • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours‑of‑service requirements., • Transport freight on assigned regional dry van routes according to schedules and customer instructions., • Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance needs., • Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and other required documentation., • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers; follow established pickup and delivery procedures., • Ensure proper load securement and adherence to handling procedures for dry van freight., • Valid CDL‑A (Class A) license, • 3 months of SOLO driving experience with a CDL-A Tractor trailer, • Minimum age 21, • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers, • Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks, • Professional demeanor and commitment to representing the company at customer locations and on the road, • Reliability and punctuality with strong adherence to safety and compliance standards, • Coachability and willingness to learn company procedures and follow mentor guidance during training Equal employment opportunity: 10‑4 Logistics USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
