Job DescriptionDescription: ReturnQueen is an innovative service dedicated to making returns hassle-free. Whether it’s fashion, electronics, or household goods, we ensure a seamless process for our customers, helping them save time and reduce the hassle associated with returning online purchases. Position Overview The Processor plays a key role in our operations by handling returned items with accuracy and efficiency. This position is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and preparing merchandise for processing while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities • Receive and sort returned merchandise, • Inspect items for condition and accuracy, • Process returns according to company procedures and system requirements, • Label, repackage, and prepare items for restocking or shipment, • Maintain an organized and clean workspace, • Meet daily productivity and quality goals, • Report discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors Requirements: Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, • Previous warehouse, retail, or processing experience is a plus, • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Basic computer or handheld device skills, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Skills & Competencies, • Time management and efficiency, • Team-oriented mindset, • Reliability and strong work ethic, • Problem-solving skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
