Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficient material flow, • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders, • Pick, pack, and stage materials for projects, service calls, and deliveries, • Maintain accurate inventory counts and locations within internal systems, • Identify, report, and resolve inventory discrepancies or damaged goods, • Stage and prepare materials aligned with project timelines and technician needs, • Coordinate with procurement, project managers, and service teams on material readiness, • Ensure kits and project packages are complete, accurate, and clearly labeled, • Execute deliveries to customer sites and job locations as needed, • Load, secure, and transport materials safely to prevent damage, • Follow assigned routes while maintaining punctual and professional service, • Represent the company professionally during deliveries and warehouse interactions, • Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding inventory status and delivery timing, • Follow OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices, • Perform basic vehicle checks prior to deliveries, • Maintain warehouse equipment and report issues promptly, • Adhere to all company policies and operational proceduresQualifications:, • Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining inventory accuracy, • Valid New York State Driver's License with a clean driving record (last 12 months), • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks including loading/unloading materials, • Strong time management and organizational skills, • Basic computer skills for inventory systems and delivery tracking, • Ability to work independently while following schedules and processes, • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions during deliveries, • Must pass drug screening and background check per company policy, • Reliable transportation for consistent attendancePreferred:, • Experience supporting construction, security integration, or technical field teams, • Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP tools, • Experience with job staging, kitting, or project-based material coordination, • Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, or logistics roles, • Familiarity with GPS routing tools and handheld inventory scanners, • Strong customer service skills and professional communicationWork Environment & Physical Demands:, • Combination of warehouse and field-based delivery work, • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor, • Exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries, • Standard schedule is Monday through Friday; flexibility may be required based on business needsBenefits:, • Paid time off and holiday, • Hourly pay rate of $17-20 (Based on experience), • Health, dental, and vision insurance options, • 401k retirement plan, • Stable, full-time work environment, • Opportunities for advancement into Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, or Procurement roles

In this role your main responsibility will be as a Shipper Receiver on a daily basis. You will also act as the back-up driver on an as needed basis. Driver - Pick up & Delivery(on occasion as a Backup only) · Load and unload your vehicle through out your delivery route. · You will need to identify equipment and verify that it matches transport documentation. · Identify vehicle maintenance needs. Shipping & Receiving · Appropriately package and ship equipment to our customers and vendors. You will verify that accessories and options are documented according to shipping policies. · Pull and label equipment for shipments to ensure equipment and shippers show an exact match. · Receive, unpackage, and account for the contents of all inbound orders. · Research and implement shipping options for unusual packaging situations or customer requirements. · Receive and handle vendor deliveries, completing paperwork as needed. · Initiate and manage shipping claims through to resolution, including maintaining contact with delivery service and the affected customer as required. · Use UPS, Fed-Ex and WorldShip to generate shipping labels. · Maintain relationships with UPS, FedEx, and any other relevant parcel sales contacts. · Perform additional administrative or logistics business functions as required.
