Grow the business through athlete development. D1 Training is an athletic-based performance facility serving youth athletes and adults. We are hiring a results-driven Sales & Performance Director to own the sales pipeline, run consultations, and close high-ticket personal training packages ($2,000+). This is not a desk sales job. This role requires credibility on the training floor and confidence in structured consultations that lead to high-value personal training programs Your Primary Mission Drive performance results for members while growing personal training revenue through consultative, goal-based selling. You must be equally comfortable: • Talking periodization and recovery, • Running a performance consultation, • Prescribing individualized training plans, • Closing high-ticket personal training packages Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the full sales pipeline from lead to close, • Run structured consultations and goal-setting sessions, • Close high-ticket personal training and performance packages ($2,000+), • Convert 60%+ of qualified consultations, • Execute daily follow-up via calls, texts, and CRM systems, • Drive membership, personal training, and program revenue, • Track KPIs: leads, show rate, close rate, PT revenue, retention, • Train and coach staff on sales conversations and conversion Required: • 2+ years experience in personal training, strength coaching, or athletic performance, • Experience discussing program design, recovery, and progression with clients, • Comfortable selling structured personal training programs ($2,000+), • Experience managing leads and consultations, • Strong accountability and follow-up disciplinePreferred:, • NASM, CSCS, ISSA, or comparable certification, • Experience in boutique fitness or performance training environments, • Leadership or team management experience Compensation & Perks • $50,000$75,000 base + performance incentives, • Free D1 membership, • Ongoing training and development, • High-performance, team-driven culture Candidates must be passionate about training and athlete development.
