Job Description Outside Sales Representative - Upper Sandusky Region Omni Fiber provides a variety of perks and benefits: Compensation $5,000 Signing-Performance Bonus for achieving targets in first 90 days • Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year., • 401(k) with employer matching contribution up to 4%, • Paid Time Off (15 days), • Company Paid Holidays (8 days), • Employee Ownership Program, • Medical, Dental, and Vision, • Life Insurance, • HSA enrollment option with employer contribution of $2000 annually The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door-to-door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face-to-face and in-home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets. This Outside Sales Representative position for the Upper Sandusky region will primarily operate within the surrounding communities of London, Upper Sandusky, Mount Gilead, and Bucyrus. Please note that due to the regional nature of this role, assigned territories are subject to change based on the business requirements. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Responsibilities: • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners in conversation and showcase the features and benefits of our products and services., • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services door-to-door to residential customers in assigned territories/communities., • Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and establish a strong customer relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, • Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please note that these hours are subject to change based on weather conditions and seasonal time adjustments., • Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role., • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy., • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently., • A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally., • Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies based on market conditions and company priorities., • Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
