You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face-to-face and in-home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets. This Outside Sales Representative position for the New Philadelphia region will primarily operate within the surrounding communities of Wooster, New Philadelphia, Dover, and Strasburg. Please note that due to the regional nature of this role, assigned territories are subject to change based on the business requirements. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Responsibilities: • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners in conversation and showcase the features and benefits of our products and services., • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services door-to-door to residential customers in assigned territories/communities., • Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and establish a strong customer relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, • Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please note that these hours are subject to change based on weather conditions and seasonal time adjustments., • Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role., • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy., • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently., • A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally., • Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies based on market conditions and company priorities., • Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
