Key Responsibilities: RFP Management & Technical Review • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, geotechnical reports, surveys, and contract documents., • Develop a comprehensive understanding of project scope, contract requirements, risks, and deliverables., • Lead the full preconstruction lifecycle: kickoff, Q&A, clarifications, addenda review, and submission coordination., • Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, material counts, and system component validations., • Conduct constructability reviews and participate in site walks. Coachability and a commitment to personal growth are non-negotiable. Availability is Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., five days per week. Compensation & Benefits First Year OTE with bonuses range from $70,000 - $90,000. Full medical, dental, and vision benefits begin after 90 days.
