Our locally owned Hand & Stone is looking for a Licensed Esthetician who enjoys providing personalized facials, educating clients, and building a loyal clientele. We’re looking for someone who can connect great treatments with thoughtful home care recommendations and a plan that keeps clients coming back. What you’ll do • Consult with clients about their skin concerns, current routines, and treatment goals., • Perform facials and approved advanced services within your training and state license., • Recommend appropriate treatment enhancements and home care products., • Explain recommendations clearly so clients understand how they support their skin goals., • Encourage rebooking and consistent care to build lasting client relationships., • Maintain accurate treatment notes, sanitation standards, and an organized treatment room., • Partner with the front desk to support appointments, client follow-up, and a smooth guest experience., • Participate in ongoing education and regular coaching on service quality, retail sales, and client retention. What we’re looking for • An active esthetics license in the state where you’ll work., • Strong consultation skills and a commitment to safe, personalized skin care., • Comfort recommending products and services and working toward sales goals., • A friendly, professional approach that helps clients feel at ease., • Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn., • Evening and weekend availability preferred.
