    Salon Manager Pink Pearl Salon is looking for a dynamic Salon Manager who knows how to grow a business—not just manage one. We are seeking a licensed cosmetologist with proven leadership skills who is passionate about increasing sales, building high-performing teams, and creating an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities Lead and inspire the salon team to achieve high performance and productivity. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, bookings, and client retention. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate salon professionals. Drive marketing efforts through social media, promotions, community outreach, and advertising. Monitor daily sales, key performance indicators (KPIs), and team productivity. Create a positive, goal-oriented culture focused on accountability and growth. Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve client concerns professionally. Oversee daily salon operations, scheduling, inventory, and salon presentation. Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall salon performance. Partner with ownership to develop and execute growth strategies that take the salon from strong performance to exceptional results. Qualifications Active Cosmetology License required. Minimum of 1 year of salon management or leadership experience. Proven ability to increase sales, motivate teams, and grow a business. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with social media marketing and client engagement. Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about the beauty industry.
