Job Description Title: Project Manager – Interior Construction Department: Project Management - Interior Construction FLSA Status: Exempt Supervisory Responsibilities: No Location | Travel: This position requires reliable transportation within the region of Greater Manhattan & Greater Hartford, CT Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring that all projects meet client expectations, provide support to sales and design, coordinate all activity involving pre order prep, labor quoting, scheduling, installation, warehouse, and subcontractors to make certain that the project is completed on time and to the quoted cost, act as a liaison for the project’s entirety with sales, client, internal operational departments and external vendors, required to follow up on all punch list issues and ensure that all orders are invoiced out upon completion of the project. KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (List the functions that are essential to achieve the goals): · Supervise and provide training to all clerical staff and porters; manage workflow. · Perform regular evaluations and recommend promotions or changes of assignments for apportioned staff. · Oversee Daily Census and ensure that agency's billing policies and procedures are being adhered to. · Monitor, distribute, replenish, and reconcile monthly the petty cash and pay card statements for the program and do so accurately and with evidence of accountability. · Implemented and oversees an inventory tracking system which allows for constant review of purchase patterns as well as staff and client needs. · Submit all PAF’s and HR related forms in a timely fashion. · Maintains forecasted weekly schedules in Dayforce. · Oversees the maintenance and repairs of vehicles to the program. · Oversees and tracks the operations of information technology in regard to functioning, repairs, installation, etc. · Liaison for program and Facilities. · Provide secretarial support to the Division director and other management staff members, especially in confidential matters. SUMMARY: The Physician - Internal Medicine/HIV Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive care to HIV patients and management of common and complex diseases. The Internist/ HIV specialist must be able to effectively diagnose patients and suggest a course of treatment and prescribe and administer medications, immunizations, and other non-surgical treatments. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide direct patient care to Betances patients. Job Description The FFT Therapist provides FFT (Functional Family Therapy) virtually, to a maximum of 10 voluntarily participating families at a time who reside in NYC. The target population of young adults (16-25 years old), who are referred to us after an arrest. This is a pilot program to offer FFT to families and young people who might otherwise find themselves incarcerated without this alternative. FFT is an evidence-based model which is home-based, intensive, family therapy. The FFT Therapist participates in all FFT training and consultation activities, and program reviews. In addition to providing Family Therapy, the FFT Therapist will collaborate with other service providers, including but not limited to the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) and New York City Criminal Justice Agency (CJA). The FFT Therapist is required to complete all FFT documentation requirements, including meeting appropriate therapeutic and engagement requirements and assessing for family safety and risk.
