The Business Operations Administrator supports the daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth coordination between customer orders, inventory, logistics, and administrative tasks. This role helps maintain efficient workflows so the team can focus on delivering outstanding floral designs and service. This position required strong knowledge in flowers. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and organize daily orders from website, phone, and in-store customers, • Maintain order records, invoices, and payment confirmations, • Coordinate delivery schedules and pickup times Support internal communication between florists, delivery staff, and management • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, Instagram, and email, • Assist customers with order details, product availability, and special requests, • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from order to delivery, • Support posting updates or responding to messages on social platforms Qualifications Strong knowledge about flowers Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable using social media platforms (especially Instagram) Basic administrative and computer skills Experience in retail, hospitality, or small business operations Familiarity with order management or POS systems Able to speak and explain in english
