As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recording and organizing tenant data, auditing payments coming in and out of the company’s financial accounts, and assisting tenants in scheduling viewings of available properties. Additionally, you will manage the posting and syndication of listings to various rental platforms. Training for this position will be provided and is paid. During the training period, you will receive a spreadsheet system to input data collected from tenant meetings, track payments, and record all relevant information. Your ability to effectively manage and maintain these records will be essential to ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
