Provide information and assistance to customers in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner Process customer orders and returns Assist customers in locating products and providing product recommendations Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Positive and friendly attitude towards customers and team members Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
