Job Description Social Media Coordinator CKC Custom Homes Full Time | In-Office | San Antonio, TX CKC Custom Homes is seeking a strategic, highly creative, and proactive Social Media Coordinator to be the voice and visual storyteller of our brand. This is a high-level, hands-on role for a social media expert passionate about elevating luxury experiences through content creation, collaboration, and precise execution. As a key brand ambassador, you will translate the CKC experience into compelling narratives that showcase our craftsmanship, design expertise, and exceptional client experience. Every post, visual, and interaction will reflect the elevated standards and white-glove approach CKC is known for. This is not a junior or observational role — it requires independent ownership, initiative, and a strategic mindset to bring our brand stories to life across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate combines creative vision with expert knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and analytics, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment. While based in-office, much of your time will be spent in the field capturing content and highlighting our process. Office hours focus on strategy, editing, and collaboration to ensure a cohesive and elevated brand presence. This role goes beyond posting content. You will own CKC’s digital presence, shape our narrative, and thoughtfully elevate how our craftsmanship and story are experienced online, executing cohesive campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google, Houzz, and eventually Reddit. Reporting Structure • Reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, • Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Construction, and Operations, • Own and execute CKC’s organic social media across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, • Conceptualize, create, and produce high-quality content that showcases CKC’s homes, process, and client experience, • Build and manage content calendars in partnership with the Director of Sales & Marketing, aligned with campaigns, trends, and business goals, • Maintain a consistent, elevated brand voice while monitoring emerging trends, audience behavior, and platform updates, • Serve as a proactive brand ambassador by engaging with the online community in line with CKC’s standards, • Provide weekly analytics reports summarizing performance, engagement, and audience growth, • Track, analyze, and interpret social data to inform content strategy and future campaigns, • Deliver weekly priorities, field schedules, and content plans, • Ensure accountability for content quality, deadlines, responsiveness, and brand consistency, • Coordinate and capture key client milestones, including post-contract introductions, groundbreaking celebrations, and closings, • Oversee logistics, photography, gifting, and final details to create polished, memorable client experiences, • Deploy post-closing surveys to capture meaningful client feedback and support Google reviews, • 3+ years of experience in social media, marketing coordination, luxury real estate, design, or hospitality, • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, • Expert knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, • Strong creative instincts, aesthetic sensibility, and alignment with luxury brand standards, • Proven ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and execute complex projects from start to finish At CKC Custom Homes, we build more than homes — we craft elevated experiences rooted in craftsmanship, personalization, and intentional design.
