Job Description As our Client Services Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role as the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying highly organized, and contributing to a team that values excellence and client care. Compensation: $35,000 - $43,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date, • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries, • Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures, • Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc., • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information, • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions, • Welcome and support clients and prospective clients by promptly responding to phone calls, emails, and inquiries., • Manage the firm calendar, including scheduling consultations, follow-ups, and internal team meetings., • Support attorneys and staff by coordinating with clients, gathering information, and keeping projects on track., • Assist with general administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, revising documents, and organizing records., • Contribute to client billing and payment tracking processes., • Provide a positive and empathetic experience for every client interaction.Qualifications:, • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred, • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations, • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills, • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills, • Strong organizational and multitasking skills., • Comfortable working with technology (Clio Manage, Lawmatics, Office 365, Teams, Zoom, etc)., • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal., • Ability to problem-solve independently and take initiative., • Associate degree or higher., • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment., • Experience coordinating with professionals such as financial advisors, accountants, or insurance agents.About Company We are a client-centered law firm serving individuals, families, and small businesses in estate planning, trust administration, real estate, and business law.
