Job Description • Handle catastrophic injury and severe personal injury litigation matters involving car, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, airplane accidents, wrongful death, and related serious injury claims., • Represent clients in both plaintiff and defense-side litigation matters., • Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions, discovery motions, and other substantive litigation filings., • Manage discovery, document review, depositions, expert discovery, witness preparation, and case development., • Analyze liability, damages, causation, insurance coverage, and case value issues., • Work closely with partners on high-stakes injury litigation matters., • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, witnesses, medical providers, and court personnel., • Prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial., • Deliver polished, persuasive, and strategic legal writing. Qualifications • 5+ years of litigation experience., • Active California Bar license in good standing., • Experience with catastrophic injury, severe personal injury, wrongful death, trucking, motor vehicle, motorcycle, bicycle, aviation, or related serious injury litigation., • Plaintiff or defense-side personal injury litigation experience considered., • Strong legal research, writing, motion practice, discovery, and deposition experience., • Experience working with experts, medical records, damages analysis, liability issues, and case valuation preferred., • Trial preparation, mediation, arbitration, or hearing experience preferred., • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage sophisticated litigation matters., • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
