This Am Law-caliber firm has experienced significant growth across its nationwide platform and is widely respected for its strength in labor and employment litigation. This opportunity offers attorneys the chance to manage sophisticated employment disputes, including wage and hour class actions, discrimination claims, and labor relations matters. Key Responsibilities • Manage a full caseload of employment litigation matters from inception through resolution, • Represent clients in wage and hour class actions, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, • Conduct depositions, including taking and defending witness and expert testimony, • Participate in motion practice, hearings, and trial proceedings, • Handle investigations and represent clients before labor and human rights agencies, • Appear before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) on union-related matters, • Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic legal guidance Qualifications • 3+ years of experience as an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney or similar role, • Strong background in labor and employment law, including wage and hour litigation and class actions, • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials, • Admission to the California Bar (CA Bar required), • Experience with federal and state employment laws and regulatory frameworks, • Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills, • Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities Culture & Firm Appeal This top-tier law firm is known for its collaborative, team-first culture and its commitment to delivering innovative and cost-effective legal solutions.
